Shipments are from our Hong Kong warehouse. Delivery takes 10-25 working days for standard, or 5-10 days for premium. Tracking is provided. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carriers. International shipments may incur duties/taxes, which are your responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unworn items in original condition. Contact support@rolexexperts.io to initiate returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted unless due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
